est is a few things to me, yes I hand make the bags in East London, and yes I’m trying to establish something for myself, but the name is based on my initials, because above all this is a personal pursuit.

My life long love of fashion led me to a 10 year career within the buying and merchandising sector for the likes of; Prada, Browns Fashion, Urban Outfitters and Allsaints. During lockdown my hobbies expanded to teaching myself to crochet after getting frustrated that I couldn’t remember my grandmothers knitting tips from childhood.

In this new hobby I found a love of using materials that were not so conventional for bags, in particular rope - allowing crochet bags not only for the summer season. The robust connotations of rope brings a more alternative feel to crochet bags, which is more suited to my personal style.

Now it’s time to turn that passion into something bigger, and so I’m putting myself and my creations out into the world for everyone.
